New Commission: DGA Win Competition to Restore Beautiful Grade II Listed House in Edwardes Square

Dyer Grimes Architecture were recently invited into a select competition of 12 of London’s best residential architects who have specialist expertise in listed buildings. Amongst elite competition who were all eager to impress, we stood out thanks to our extensive portfolio of respectful yet bold listed renovations, such as our Richmond Hill and Hemingford Road projects.

The client, who lives in Hong Kong was looking, for “ an Architectural practice that demonstrates design flair, planning expertise and has a strong track record in Conservation architectural work within the borough of Kensington & Chelsea”.

Having ticked all their boxes and introduced ourselves to the client, design work is now underway to transform this unloved 4,000 sqft terraced house to its former Georgian glory so that its view overlooking the beautiful Edwards Square gardens can be better appreciated.
