New Commission: Renovating an Outstanding Richmond Home
This detached Victorian house is one of the most striking in Richmond. With its red brick façade, white cornices and towering finial, it’s an exceptional example of elegant period architecture.
Our proposal renovates the interior to bring its period charm to the forefront with a luxurious, high quality finish, while also ensuring that the spaces – while clearly Victorian in origin – are suitable for modern life.
We also aim to dramatically alter the landscaping of the front and rear gardens, both of which are unusually large for Richmond, but deserve a refresh befitting of the rest of the structure.
The well established rear walled garden is a particular highlight, the view of which is currently framed by a broad veranda, which we hope to expand in depth.
We hope to be able to celebrate another planning victory with you soon. In the mean time, click here to take a look at our latest planning news.
