Planning applications in Richmond, Fulham and Wandsworth

Now that October is gone, we are very proud to announce that this past week has brought us three planning permissions for exciting projects in Richmond, Fulham and Wandsworth.

Our project in Richmond has achieved planning permission for extensive refurbishment and extension works to a five-bedroom family home in Barnes. Planning permission granted by Richmond Council includes: a new full-size basement, a full-width contemporary glass rear-extension, a roof extension to accommodate a loft conversion, and extensive internal refurbishment works. The project will increase the internal floor area of the property by 229 m2.

The four-bedroom terraced property in Fulham is located in a conservation area and has been granted planning permission by Hammersmith and Fulham Council for a basement extension and a rear ground floor and loft extension.

Last, but not least, our beautiful house in Wandsworth has been approved by Wandsworth Council for a new single storey rear extension and a new 100sqm basement.
