Planning Approval to Renovate 2,500 sq ft House in Elmbridge

Dyer Grimes Architecture is delighted to announce that we have received planning permission from Elmbridge Borough Council to proceed with the renovation of a 2,500 square foot country house in the St. George’s Hill Estate.

With three floors, 1.3 acres of private grounds and a separate three-car garage, it’s a house that seems to have it all. But there’s always room to improve, and our work will increase the habitable space even further by converting the loft and adding various extensions.

Despite its convincing period appearance, the house was built in 1998. We will complete the period illusion by replacing all UPVC windows and doors with more appropriate period replica sash windows.
