Planning approval in Wandsworth
Dyer Grimes Architecture has planning approval in Wandsworth.
We’re delighted to have been granted planning permission by Wandsworth council to proceed with the development of a significant lower ground floor extension with an additional side infill extension from ground to second floor.
Wandsworth council approved the development due to similar basement extensions in the Wandsworth Conservation Area and a design that extends the living space appropriately for contemporary family life while respecting and enhancing the original aesthetic.
The side extension will use matching materials and shapes to the original structure to minimise streetscape impact, while the lower ground extension – visible only from the garden – will have a striking, modern finish.
