Planning approval in Thames Ditton, Surrey

Dyer Grimes Architecture has been granted planning permission to extend and remodel the interior of a beautiful Victorian villa in a conservation area overlooking Giggs Hill Green, Thames Ditton.

The two-storey extension has been carefully designed to integrate seamlessly into the existing building. A contemporary rear extension will make use of large paned glazing and canopied roof to provide uninterrupted views to the rear of the property.
