Dyer Grimes Architecture has planning approval in Wandsworth.

We’re delighted to have been granted planning permission by Wandsworth council to proceed with the demolition to the side and rear walls of a Victorian terrace property to facilitate a new basement and single storey extension.

Wandsworth council approved the development due to its use of complementary materials throughout and a design that has minimal impact on neighbour amenity or its street facing appearance. The new space will improve the usability, adaptability and value of the property.

Ambitious internal reconfiguration will also be enabled, adding a family cinema, play room, en suite bedrooms and spacious open plan kitchen/living areas.
