Planning Approval for State of the Art New Build on Undeveloped Site in Wimbledon

Dyer Grimes Architecture has planning approval to construct a brand new, cutting-edge, contemporary house on a site that was previously the garden of the neighbouring property, containing nothing but a swimming pool and some sheds.

The local area has a precedent for stunning contemporary new builds, including a neighbouring property. We successfully demonstrated to Merton Borough Council that our project would continue local area’s reputation for state of the art houses.

We rarely get to work on a site that has never been developed before, so this project provides an exciting opportunity to build on a truly blank canvas. A unique, t-shaped floor plan, extensive solar panels and a sustainable design will combine to create one of Wimbledon’s most advanced homes.
