Planning Permission for New Six Bedroom Home with Indoor Pool in Cobham

Dyer Grimes Architecture are delighted to announce that we have received planning permission from Elmbridge Borough Council for a brand new 6,400 sqft six bedroom family home in Cobham, Surrey.

The proposed design bears a strong Neo-Georgian aesthetic which complements the traditional architectural style of the surrounding leafy suburbs, while the rear ground floor boasts a contemporary design with floor to ceiling sliding glass doors.

Built in to this contemporary rear ground floor is an indoor swimming pool where our clients will be able to enjoy panoramic views of the site’s generous garden, no matter the weather.
