Dyer Grimes Architecture has planning approved in Balham

We’re delighted to announce that planning permission has been granted by Wandsworth Council planning department to carry out extensive redevelopment work to a property in Heslop Road, Balham.

The scheme includes the demolition of an existing conservatory and rear annexe that will be replaced by a contemporary single storey rear extension that will span the full width of the property and open up the ground floor living space.

The approved planning application incudes the extension of an existing basement to create over eight hundred and fifty square feet of useable living space.
