Planning approval in Putney

We’re delighted to have been granted planning permission by Wandsworth council to proceed with the extension and renovation of a 18th century Grade II listed building on Putney Bridge Road.

After a lengthy design process and careful consideration of pre-application advice, our design was approved thanks to sensitive attention to the original structure, substantial improvement to living quality and a clear stylistic distinction between classic and modern.

The work will reinvigorate this historic site, bringing it up to modern standards of living while preserving the qualities of the structure that are essential to its unique character and architectural heritage.
