Planning Approval in Wandsworth

Dyer Grimes Architecture has planning approval in Wandsworth.

We’re delighted to have been granted planning permission by Wandsworth council to proceed with the development of a split level rear extension, basement and loft conversion in the Sutherland Grove conservation area, Wandsworth.

As the road featured numerous extensions of a similar scale, Wandsworth council was happy to approve the project with a sympathetic, minor reduction to dormer window size being the only alteration to the original plans.

The extension will provide a vast increase in the usable space and value of this family home without substantially increasing its footprint.
