Planning Approval to Add Dormer and Rooflight to Richmond Family Home

Dyer Grimes Architecture is delighted to announce that Richmond Borough Council has granted planning permission for the addition of a roof light and dormer to our clients’ five-bed family home.

By adding a dormer and rooflight, more space and light will be provided to the loft accommodation, which will be subdivided into two bedrooms, increasing the total number to of bedrooms to six.

This smart use of space and light allows for a new children’s bedroom without having to significantly alter the size or appearance of this traditional red brick and render style property.
