Planning Approval to Improve Grade II Listed Georgian Manor in Surrey

Dyer Grimes Architecture has planning approval to make numerous improvements to a beautiful Grade II listed Georgian manor with a colourful history, once owned by William King, 1st Earl of Lovelace, who is believed to be responsible for many of the original works.

The manor has undergone many alterations, additions and repairs in its more than two centuries of habitation. Some are fine example of architecture of their era, from Regency through to Victorian and Edwardian, but others are less suitable in style or quality.

Surrey Council and English Heritage have trusted us to redress these questionable works while making respectful and necessary additions to keep the home liveable for its current owners of more than 25 years, while also preserving it for the benefit of future generations.
