Planning Approval in Surrey

Dyer Grimes Architecture has planning approval in Surrey.

We’re delighted to have been granted planning permission by Surrey County Council to demolish a two storey extension and part of the rear elevation to allow for the addition of two new single storey extensions and a two storey infill extension.

The property was built as a new build and we took advantage of the relatively limited restrictions to provide our clients with a complete reimagining of the rear of their home. By replacing the current sloped infill with a squared design we’re able to make far more efficient and attractive use of the space.

With three new extensions our clients will be able to enjoy vast open plan spaces and a fluid transition into the garden thanks to extensive, floor to ceiling glazing and flush interior to exterior flooring.
