Denbigh GardensDenbigh Gardens steel beams erected

A new build house in Richmond Hill which will be the perfect home for our clients to retire in the UK, returning home after long and successful international careers.

Flexibility was the main objective of the brief, which will be achieved with a large open plan kitchen and dining space, a separate study each and a large guest wing in the loft for when family comes to visit.

Harbord StreetHarbord Street basement excavation

This Victorian terraced house will become the true definition of an iceberg house thanks to a vast renovation and extension project.

By stretching the ground floor out to meet the garden wall and excavating a full plan basement below, this once ordinary house will become a hidden mansion that, at a glance, will look no different than it did before from the street.

Another house that appears unchanged from the street but will be unrecognisable from the inside, Castelnau’s complete refurbishment, rear extension and full plan basement will provide everything a family could possibly need to live a happy home life.

The abundance of new space will be used to house a fully-equipped gym, impressive home cinema and spacious master suite – and you’d never know from the street.

This careful and sympathetic refurbishment of a Grade II listed house and its garden room continues our streak of preserving heritage houses for future generations by bringing them up to modern standards.

Most of our work will involve repairing and restoring period features and installing new services. The most significant change is found in the new terrace at the rear lower ground floor, which will provide far more light for the previously dark rooms at the bottom of the house while also providing steps up to the garden.

We can’t wait to show you more of these dream homes as they progress. In the mean time, why not click here to have a look at four of our completed projects from 2017?
