Planning Permission for 7300sqft New Family Home in St. Albans
Dyer Grimes Architecture are delighted to announce that we have received planning permission from St. Albans City & District Council to demolish an existing property and replace it with a new Georgian-style mansion.
The neo-Georgian aesthetic is appropriate for its neighbourhood in St. Albans, which is characterised by large, detached family homes. A symmetrical, evenly proportioned design will be finished in red brick with stone decorations such as window surrounds, quoins and pilasters.
While appearing traditional from the street, the interior of the house will be highly contemporary with generous open plan spaces, build to the highest standards of energy efficiency and sustainability.
Once finished, our clients will have the privilege of living in one of the most desirable homes in St. Albans.
