Planning Permission in NW3 for Family Home on the Border of Hampstead Heath
Dyer Grimes Architecture are delighted to announce that we have been awarded planning permission in Hampstead.
The permission itself is modest – a simple request to replace single-glazed sash windows with double glazed alternatives – but the project itself is far more ambitious. As the rest of the works are entirely internal, we didn’t have to ask for permission from Barnet Borough Council.
While little on the outside will change, a complete internal restructuring will allow us to build a new lower ground gym with a glazed wall, a new kitchen on the first floor and a new master bedroom with en-suite and dressing room of the first floor.
We look forward to sharing more on this project as it progresses. For now, please click here to see our latest news and articles.
