Planning Permission to Renovate and Extend Stunning Petersham House

Wednesday, June 20, 2018

Dyer Grimes Architecture is delighted to announce that we have received planning permission to renovate and extend a beautiful, detached 6350 sq ft house in Petersham.

Richmond Borough Council were reassured that our works would complement the existing structure and give a new lease of life to a building rich with potential to be a spectacular family home. Planning standards were especially high as the site sits within the Ham House Conservation Area.

The extensions are modest, with a focus on improving access and visibility of the abundant grounds which surround the house, a green space so generous that it creates the perfect escape from London within London.

We look forward to sharing more details of this project as it progresses. To keep up with our latest work, click here to read our blog.
