Planning approval in Barnes

Monday, February 3, 2014

Dyer Grimes Architecture has been granted planning approval in Barnes.

We’re pleased to announce that planning permission has been granted by The London Borough of Richmond to carry out extensive redevelopment work to a beautiful semi-detached family home in Barnes.

The application includes the demolition of an existing rear glass conservatory to allow for a new rear extension that’s been designed in conjunction with internal refurbishment works that greatly improve the usability of the property. The excavation of a substantial subterranean space under the entire building footprint will provide further living and utility space.

Alterations to the roof include a hip to gable extension and alterations to the existing front and rear dormer windows to accommodate a generous loft conversion.
