Monday, July 4, 2016

Dyer Grimes Architecture has planning approval in Kingston upon Thames.

We’re delighted to have been granted permission by Kingston upon Thames Borough Council to proceed with the demolition of an existing conservatory to facilitate the construction of a new rear extension to a detached six bedroom property in The Leigh, along with various external and internal alterations.

Kingston upon Thames Council are happy for us to proceed with the work as we will be using matching materials wherever possible and will be in keeping with the established character of The Leigh.

The works will provide a modes increase in size, with the most significant benefits gaziantep bayan escort being the increase of light and access to the building and its gardens, along with a more liveable internal layout that maximises the use of space through intelligent design rather than simply increase it.
