Planning approval in Richmond

We’re delighted to have been granted planning permission by Richmond council to proceed with a lower ground floor extension to a prominent Building of Townscape Merit within the St. Matthias conservation area.

As we demonstrated that the extension would both enhance and protect the period character, Richmond council approved the design, which features minimal framed sliding doors and a glazed roof.

Traditional matching materials and a modest profile will provide flexible, contemporary space for our clients with minimal impact to the surrounding area.
