Planning Approval in Walton-on-Thames

Dyer Grimes Architecture has planning approval in Walton-on-Thames.

We’re delighted to have been granted permission by Elmbridge Borough Council to proceed with the construction of a new pool and gym building and double garage for a large period house in Walton-on-Thames.

Elmbridge Borough Council trusted us to carry out our proposals as we had already proved the quality and credibility of our builds with a contemporary extension on the same site in 2012/13.

The pool building will be of a matching style to our prior contemporary extension, while the garage will use matching brickwork and clay to ensure it fits with its surroundings when viewed from the street.
