Planning approval in Wimbledon

Dyer Grimes Architecture has planning approved in Wimbledon
We’re delighted to have been granted planning permission by Merton council to proceed with the refurbishment and extension of a three storey, 1920s detached house close to Wimbledon centre.

The approved design includes a two storey rear extension, loft conversion and basement, the light for which will be supplied by light wells in the front, side and rear. Our design is sympathetic and complementary to the original structure with no risk to the streetscape as Raymond Road does not have a defined aesthetic.

Along with a significant increase in space and flexibility – much desired for the clients’ busy family life – the interior will have easier access and more open connection to the garden.
