DGA have won a competition against a selection of 12 of London's best residential architects who have specialist expertise in listed buildings. Amongst elite competition we were all eager to impress, we stood out thanks to our extensive portfolio of respectful yet bold listed renovations, such as Richmond Hill and Hemingford Road projects.

The client, who lives in Hong Kong was looking for "an Architectural practice that demonstrates flair, planning expertise and has a strong track record on Conservation architectural work within the borough of Kensington & Chelsea". Having ticked all their boxes and introduced ourselves to the client, design work is now underway to transform this unloved 4,000sqft terraced house to its former Georgian glory so that its view overlooking the beautiful Edwardes Square gardens can be better appreciated.
